Big Lies in a Small Town is a historical fiction/mystery thriller novel set in North Carolina about a striving artist named Morgan Christopher, a woman who was sentenced to 3 years in prison for a crime she did not commit. Morgan is offered her freedom if she agrees to restore an old post office mural, painted in 1940 by Anna Dale. As Morgan uncovers the mural from under layers of grime, she soon discovers the story of a corrupt small town with big secrets.
