Caryn Carlson Hurst will share the inspiration for her creation entitled “A Sand County Almanac Quilt”. The quilt is based on the book A Sand County Almanac by Aldo Leopold. In her presentation, Caryn will include readings from this beautifully written book along with descriptions of the design process and methods involved in producing each block.
